By-Laws

The By-Laws were amended at the 2010 Annual General Meeting. The amended sections of Paragraphs 18, 20, 23, and 24 are highlighted to show these changes. Previously, UFRCA members were "property owners" and voting at general meetings was restricted to one vote per property. The amendments change the definition of members to include "immediate family members" and to allow 3 votes per property at general meetings.

At the August 4, 2013, AGM, the Bylaws were amended to change the quorum for Board meetings from four (4) to 50% of the number of Board members.
